Whether you’re booking in-person sessions in NYC or Long Island or choosing the flexibility of virtual lessons, please review the following policies and FAQs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
🎵 Lesson Options
In-Person (NYC & Long Island): Sessions can take place at your home or an agreed-upon location.
Virtual Lessons: Available via Zoom or another preferred video platform for added flexibility.
Please note: limited availability for in-home lessons.
📆 Scheduling & Cancellations
Lessons are scheduled in advance on a recurring weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate, except in cases of emergency.
💳 Payment & Rates
Payment is due monthly in advance unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment: credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
Rates vary depending on lesson length (30, 45, or 60 minutes). Please inquire for current pricing.
🎶 Materials & Instruments
Students are expected to have their instrument available for all lessons.
For in-home lessons, please ensure the space is free of distractions.
Supplemental learning materials (sheet music, apps, books) may be recommended and are the student’s responsibility to purchase.
👨👩👦 Parent/Guardian Guidelines (for minors)
Parents/guardians are welcome to observe the lesson but are encouraged to allow independent interaction between teacher and student for effective learning.
For in-home lessons, a parent or guardian must be present in the home during the session.

Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
Position your device so both hands and instrument are visible.
A pair of headphones with a built-in microphone can improve sound quality.
