We want you to love your art as much as we loved creating it. Every print, frame, and canvas is made to order with museum-quality materials, carefully packaged, and shipped to arrive in perfect condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Order Cancellations
Because each piece is custom-made, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, aspect ratio, or change of mind.
Please review product details and dimensions carefully before ordering.
Signed Prints
Signed editions are shipped first to the artist for signing before being sent to you. Please allow additional handling time. Signed prints are final sale unless damaged in transit.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or provide a replacement.
